How to prepare for an in-home newborn shoot?
Preparation is simple and minimal. I always tell parents not to worry if your home isn’t spotless or perfectly styled (like this one!). My main focus is to capture the love and connection between all of you most of all.
Choose neutral colored clothing that is comfortable and not too constricting.
Open your blinds and curtains to allow beautiful natural light into your home.
Keep your home a little warmer than usual to keep the baby comfortable.
Don’t stress about perfection. Your home does not need to be perfect and the shoot does nee to go according to plan. I always take the baby’s lead and make your time with me stress-free.
